Creating Files
Not only can you upload existing files, but you can also create a variety of different files directly into Google Drive at any time.
To create a new file in Google Drive, first choose which folder you would like the file to exist in, and then click on the NEW button on top of the toolbar on the left.
This will open a dropdown menu where you can pick which type of file you would like to create or upload.
